What is AutoBooking?

AutoBooking is our premium service that automatically monitors visa centre websites 24/7 and books the earliest available appointment for you. You only pay the booking fee after your appointment is confirmed.
How it works: Our bot constantly monitors visa centre websites, even during the night, and automatically books the earliest available appointment for you. You’ll only pay the booking fee after your time is confirmed.

Step-by-step process

Follow these steps to get your visa appointment automatically booked:

Step 1: Select destination & visa type

Choose your destination country and the type of visa you need (tourist, business, family visit, etc.). Select destination country and visa type Fill out applicant details form

Step 2: Select autobooking

Select the autobooking option to enable automatic appointment monitoring and booking. Select autobooking option

Step 3: Fill out applicants’ details

Enter the required information for all applicants traveling with you. This includes personal details, passport information, and contact details. Pay visa centre fee
New requirements for certain destinations: For some countries, you’ll need to upload a passport photo and selfie for each applicant. The app will automatically prompt you if this is required for your destination.
Pre-registration required: Some destinations require you to create an account on the visa centre website beforehand. If this applies to your destination, the app will prompt you to provide your credentials during the booking process.

Step 4: Select preferred date interval (optional)

Optionally, you can specify a preferred date interval for your appointment. This must be at least 3 weeks long. Bot monitoring for appointments
Optional step: If you don’t specify a date interval, the bot will book the earliest available appointment regardless of the date.

Step 5: Pay visa centre fee and additional services

Appointment confirmation notification Pay the visa centre fee to initiate the booking process. This fee is charged by the visa centre, not VisaBot, and is non-refundable. If selected, you’ll also need to pay for the additional services.

Step 6: Wait for the bot to find an appointment

Once payment is confirmed, our bot starts monitoring for available appointments. This process is completely automated and runs 24/7. Timeline: Depending on your destination and visa type, this can take anywhere from a few hours to 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive updates on the progress.

Step 7: Receive booking confirmation

We’ll send you an instant notification once your appointment slot is successfully booked.

Step 8: Pay the AutoBooking fee

After your appointment is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to pay the AutoBooking service fee.

Step 9: Get your login credentials and appointment letter

Once payment is complete, you’ll receive login credentials to access your visa centre account and view your appointment details.
