How does VisaBot work?
VisaBot constantly scans the appointment calendars on visa centre websites. The moment a slot opens up, it sends a push notification so you can book the appointment right away. If you’re a customer of our auto-booking service, the bot will book the appointment for you.

Can VisaBot book a slot for 2/3/4/5 people?
Yes, VisaBot can book appointments for multiple applicants. When setting up your AutoBooking subscription, you can specify the number of people who need appointments.
How long does it take the bot to auto-book a slot?
The timeline varies depending on your destination and visa type. It can take anywhere from a few hours to 1-2 weeks. Our bot works continuously to secure the earliest available slot. If you’re subscribed to a popular visa type, please don’t expect instant booking due to limited slots and high competition.
Is VisaBot safe to use?
Yes. Your data is encrypted with an industry-standard SHA256 algorithm and saved on your device. The information is removed from our servers after the booking process. We don’t sell or share your data with third parties.
What if there are no appointment slots available?
Our bot monitors the visa centre websites 24/7. Even when no slots appear available, new appointments are released regularly. The bot will automatically book the first available slot that matches your criteria.
Do subscriptions automatically renew?
No, subscriptions expire after 30 days and don’t automatically renew. You won’t be charged the next month.
Do you support countries with waitlists for appointments?
Yes, we support countries that use waitlist systems. Our bot monitors these waitlists and will book an appointment as soon as a slot becomes available.
Why is AutoBooking fee higher than the one stated on the website?
The AutoBooking fee varies depending on the visa centre (VFS or TLS) and the number of applicants. For VFS, payment is done in 2 stages: £30 per person prepayment (plus £20 for date range), then £100 for yourself and £70 per extra applicant. For TLS, the full amount is paid upfront: £200 for yourself and £100 per additional applicant due to higher visa centre fees.

When are new slots going to be released?
Slot release schedules vary by country and visa centre. Some centres release slots at specific times (e.g., Fridays at midday), while others release them throughout the day. Our bot monitors continuously to catch slots as soon as they appear.
I subscribed to AutoBooking, but the bot didn't book an appointment for me. Why?
If you’re subscribed to a popular visa type, it usually takes 1-2 weeks due to limited slots and high competition. The bot is working continuously, but availability depends on the visa centre releasing new appointments. Contact our support team if you have concerns about your subscription.
A slot was available—why wasn't I booked?
When slots become available in high-demand locations, multiple bots and people compete for the same appointment. Even though our bot works quickly, sometimes another user secures the slot first. The bot will continue monitoring and will book the next available slot.
How does payment for automatic booking work?
For VFS: Payment is done in 2 stages. First, you pay £30 for yourself and each additional applicant as a prepayment, plus £20 if you specify a date range. Once a slot is booked, you’ll need to pay an additional £100 for yourself and £70 per extra applicant. For TLS: The full amount is paid upfront: £200 for yourself and £100 for each additional applicant. The price is higher due to the higher visa centre fee at TLS.
What if the booked date doesn't suit me?
If the assigned date doesn’t work for you, you can simply not pay for it. However, the prepayment is non-refundable because the bot already used it to cover the visa centre’s booking fee. The bot will also not be able to book a different date. If you still need a slot, you’ll need to start a new subscription.
Where do I get the OTP code?
The OTP is sent to our system’s email. Before your next login attempt to the VFS site, please inform our support team so we can provide you with the code. It is only valid for 3-5 minutes after the login attempt.
How can I change the country I subscribed to?
Just contact our support team and we’ll gladly change the country or visa category for you.

Visa slots are not released every hour or even every day. Depending on the country, the first notification may take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to arrive. This is normal—our bot is monitoring continuously.
What if I already have a visa centre account?
That’s not a problem. Our bot will create a new account and use it for AutoBooking. This ensures the process runs smoothly without interfering with your existing account.
